Terms of Use
These terms govern the use of the Eskro platform. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

01 What Eskro is
Eskro is a listing and introduction platform for regulated businesses. We publish opportunities, hold a directory of professional service providers, and pass enquiries to the relevant party. We are not a broker, an agent, an adviser or a party to any transaction between users, and we do not hold client money.
02 Who may use the platform
The platform is intended for businesses and their professional advisers, not for consumers. By submitting a listing or an enquiry you confirm that you are authorised to do so on behalf of the business concerned and that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
03 Listings and submitted content
Listings are written by the sellers or their representatives. We review submissions before publication for completeness and plausibility, but that review is not verification: we do not audit accounts, confirm licence status with regulators, or guarantee that any statement in a listing is correct. Publication does not imply endorsement.
04 No advice
Nothing on this platform is legal, tax, accounting, financial or investment advice, and nothing here is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any business, security or asset. Take your own professional advice before acting.
05 Introductions and confidentiality
Sensitive details — company name, documents, financial records — are released only after initial screening, with the seller’s agreement, and under a non-disclosure agreement where appropriate. Information received through an introduction may be used only to evaluate that opportunity.
06 Acceptable use
Do not misrepresent your identity or authority, submit information you know to be false, use the platform to circumvent a party you were introduced to, scrape or bulk-extract listings, or attempt to interfere with the service.
07 Intellectual property
The platform, its design and its editorial content belong to us. Listing text submitted by a seller remains theirs; by submitting it they grant us the right to publish and translate it on the platform.
08 Liability
The platform is provided as it is. We do not warrant that a listing will find a buyer, that an introduction will lead to a transaction, or that any transaction will complete. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on information published here or from dealings between users.
09 Changes and governing law
We may change these terms; the version published here is the one that applies. These terms are governed by the law of [GOVERNING JURISDICTION], and disputes are subject to the courts of [COURTS].
