- ESKRO helps buyers and sellers find each other and move through the initial stages of a transaction in a structured way. Sellers can list a company or asset with key information, while buyers can review the main parameters of the opportunity and express interest. Once there is mutual interest, the parties can proceed with an NDA, exchange additional information, conduct due diligence, and negotiate the transaction terms. ESKRO acts as a neutral marketplace connecting the parties and does not act as the buyer, seller, or guarantor of the transaction.
